Vintage 1970s Asian Embroidered Ethnic Blouse Cover-Up

While embroidery has been around as long as clothing has, computerized machine stitch embroidery began in the 1970's and became very popular in the 80's as costs for machines, designs and software began to get more economical. Fill stitches, satin stitches and running stitches are typical for machine embroidery. Detail shows the outside (left) and inside of fabric.

I'm curious to know who made this garment? It reminds me of my childhood when I use to help out in my mother's store. Any info would be great.. Thank you
